We do not give cash refunds at all, we will  give you a store credit that can be used.( valid for 30 days only )

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, you will be charged our standard Shipping fee on your new order.

All items are quality checked before they are shipped and we do not pass any refunds or credit notes for any defective products.

Please allow up to 5 days from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.

All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, then you will be required to pay in the difference before any shipment will take place. If the item is of lesser value, then you will receive a further credit note for the difference.

Fit flex won’t he held responsible for any damages to the products once they have been collected by the courier company. You are responsible for you own insurance.

Orders will only be shipped once the full payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.

Domestic orders/shipping

Orders are generally dispatched  within 2-3 business days after date of your payment been cleared into our bank account.

Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season or public holidays, depending on volume of mail experienced through the courier company.

We do not take any responsibilities for any late deliveries which are caused by the courier company.

If you have not Received your order

Please do not contact us unless it has been (1-2) working days after your parcel was supposed to be received or as specified as small delays can happen.

Discount Codes

All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.

Only one discount code is redeemable  per order placed.
